Auckland-based Jason Delamore commences role on 29 April 2019.
Wellington-based Fronde Systems Group has appointed Jason Delamore as its new chief executive, who joins from Auckland International Airport.
Effective 29 April, Delamore will be based in Auckland and joins the technology provider following an "extensive recruitment process" across Australia and New Zealand.
"His proven leadership across a range of industry sectors, including technology, energy, infrastructure, tourism and retail are all extremely relevant to grow our business in both the public and private sectors across New Zealand and Australia," Fronde chair David Bartlett said.
Delamore most recently held the role of general manager of marketing and technology with Auckland International Airport, having joined the business five years ago.
"[He] has been responsible for building and engaging with a growing large customer base, creating new digital platforms and transforming the technology operations and was deeply involved in customer experience initiatives impacting 20 million passenger interactions each year," Bartlett added.
Delamore has worked on both the customer and vendor side in both New Zealand and overseas at organisations such as Landis + Gyr, Contact Energy, Vector, CSG Systems, (Denver, Colorado), Lucent Technology (Singapore) and IBM.
“I’m enormously excited to be a part of the opportunity to further grow and leverage the IP that Fronde has spent the last three years developing," Delamore added. "I look forward to executing on the company’s strategy and leading the business through its next phase of growth."
